I restructured the delivery of Emergency Services at Pioneers to accomplish reduction of Door to Doctor Time to 7 minute average, reducing Left Without Being Seen (LWBS) to 0.046% from almost 10% and doubling of patient volume due to 20% growth secondary to advertising rapid service. In spit of marked volume increase and rapid growth the speed of the service has increased not decreased. This was accomplished with out increasing staffing except as increased in response to volume increase.
